Harris Farms Leadership
Open Enrollment is from August 1st to September 1st This is the time of year when you can enroll in health insurance, make changes to your coverage, or cancel your plan.
In California, your plan has access to a network of doctors, hospitals, and providers from Anthem Blue Cross of California.
In all other states, your plan has access to a network of doctors, hospitals, and providers from FirstHealth.
A robust network exclusively serving California, offering a comprehensive range of medical and support services to ensure high-quality care and effective management of health needs within the state.
An extensive network when traveling outside of California, providing access to a wide range of healthcare providers and facilities, ensuring high-quality care and broad coverage for members.

We are transitioning to a new telemedicine provider, Doctor on Demand, starting November 2024. Until then, please use Live Health Online for your telehealth visits at www.livehealthonline.com. You will need to create a login and provide a personal credit card to cover the cost of your visit. Be sure to keep your receipt for reimbursement. Claim Reimbursement Forms are available on HealthView at healthview.pinnacletpa.com.

Harris Farms, Inc. offers a Basic Life Insurance benefit to all active full-time employees, providing crucial financial protection for your loved ones in the event of your passing. Additionally, our Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, provided through The Standard, offers extra security if an accident results in the loss of life, limbs, or senses. Both benefits are provided at no cost to you, ensuring that you and your eligible dependents are well-protected.
Harris Farms, Inc. offers all active full-time employees the opportunity to purchase additional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for yourself, your spouse, and/or your children through The Standard at affordable group rates. When you choose to enroll in this benefit, you will cover the full cost through post-tax payroll deductions. Please be aware that if you select coverage amounts above the guaranteed issue or if you did not enroll during your initial eligibility period, you may be required to complete an evidence of insurability form.
Harris Farms, Inc. provides you with employer-paid Long-Term Disability coverage through The Standard. For eligible employees who meet certain annual earnings requirements, this benefit offers financial support if you are unable to work for an extended period due to illness or injury.
As an eligible employee, you and your dependents will have access to confidential support, resources, and services to assist with personal or professional issues. The EAP, provided through The Standard, is available at no cost to you, your dependents (including children up to age 26), and all household members. This benefit includes up to three assessment and counseling sessions per issue, which can be conducted in person, by phone, or via video. The EAP is designed to help you and your family manage everyday challenges.

We work with health care providers and give them direct access to patient information via our convenient and proprietary online tool Online Provider Information System (OPIS).
You can see an in-network provider of your choice without a referral. Authorization is required for inpatient admissions and may be required for other services, depending on your plan. Refer to your Summary Plan Description (SPD) for a complete list of services requiring authorization. SPDs are available in our secure member portal HealthView, under the “Benefit Materials” tab.
